Remodeling is the toughest aspect of construction to add prices/value to. Costs can jump 10% in the course of one day. The Gendron Family has experienced enough projects to weed out the hidden costs so commonly missed. We won’t assure you that some walls can stay because it typically makes more financial sense to redo every wall than spend the extra time to piece-mail walls together.

We would rather lose a job than underbid and charge extras. Extras are inevitable in the industry but they should only be a small percentage of the original contract.
